BIM Technician Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Technician to join our design team. As a BIM Technician, you will play a key role in the development of modular builds, working closely with directors and fellow design professionals to ensure each project's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine design concepts into detailed technical drawings, plans, specifications, and manage revisions from existing models.
  • Ensure compliance and feasibility with architectural principles, construction standards, and building codes.
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality solutions for the construction industry.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Architectural Technology, BIM, or a related discipline.
  • Design and presentation skills, knowledge of Building Regulations, and proficiency in using Revit.
  • A full license and own transport is essential due to the location.
