MEP Project Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled MEP Project Manager to oversee the maintenance and operation of building services, ensuring compliance with all regulations and quality standards. This key role involves managing construction processes, resolving technical issues, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the maintenance and operation of HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and other critical systems.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure the proper functioning and longevity of building services equipment.
  • Conduct regular inspections and assessments of building services to identify and address any issues or potential problems.
  • Manage and oversee a team of maintenance staff, ensuring they are properly trained and equipped to carry out their duties effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards pertaining to building services and facilities maintenance.
  • Collaborate with other departmental managers to coordinate maintenance activities with minimal disruption to operations.
