Job Overview

A facilities professional is required to oversee the planning, implementation and maintenance of infrastructure and equipment within our buildings and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of facility services in a safe, efficient and cost-effective manner.
  • Ensure all facilities and utility support services are maintained in a state of readiness for inspection.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives through projects, system failure studies and incident investigations.
  • Support change control activities related to engineering functions.
  • Collaborate in lean initiatives such as Gemba and Kaizen events.
  • Adhere to global policies, procedures and guidelines, regulatory requirements and execute current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) in daily activities.
  • Accountable for compliance via documentation completion, risk assessments, corrective actions, audits and inspections.
  • Escalate issues promptly to onsite stakeholders and facilitate resolution.
  • Develop new standard operating procedures (SOPs) and review/update existing ones.
  • Support site reliability and calibration improvement programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project activities are supported through inspection and safety walks.
  • Drive a culture of safety and compliance on site.
  • Collaborate with partners, drafting presentations and reporting progress to stakeholders.
  • Manage vendors for work on site, ensuring compliance with safety and permitting requirements.
  • Respond to safety incidents, collecting information and coordinating investigations and remediation actions.
  • Address building fabric issues, collecting information to support investigations and coordinating closure of remediation actions.
  • Supervise temporary building usage and address issues as they arise.
  • Oversee building utilisation and conduct periodic occupancy checks.
