Customer Service Advocate

Our ideal candidate will deliver exceptional customer service and support throughout the purchasing journey, ensuring a 'best-in-class' experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries and concerns, maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.
  • Manage requests from various channels across multiple developments, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and business needs.
  • Coordinate daily appointment scheduling between customers and our aftercare team, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Monitor query trends, provide valuable feedback, and contribute to process improvements, driving operational efficiency and excellence.
  • Analyze and report on customer survey feedback, identifying areas for growth and development.
  • Support local stakeholders, including interacting with neighbors to resolve queries promptly and efficiently.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Possesses a strong passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences, consistently exceeding expectations.
  • Holds a minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused role, demonstrating adaptability and resilience.
  • Demonstrates excellent team player skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment, promoting a culture of open communication and mutual respect.
  • Displays strong time management and planning skills, capable of working under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.
  • Has exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with diverse stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and external partners.
