Our organization is seeking an accomplished professional to assume a leadership position within our Health Sciences department.

Job Description

The selected candidate will be responsible for spearheading the development and implementation of global biocides service strategies, in alignment with company objectives and key performance indicators. This role involves collaborating closely with the Health Sciences Leadership Team and regional teams to drive business growth and revenue expansion through strategic partnerships and innovative solutions.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to foster trust and loyalty
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote our biocides services and increase market visibility
  • Cultivate a culture of innovation and excellence within the team by promoting best practices, sharing knowledge, and providing guidance and mentorship as needed
Requirements

Applicants must possess a relevant science-based degree (e.g., biology, chemistry, biochemistry, pharmacology) and demonstrate exceptional leadership, coordination, and communication skills. A minimum of 10 years' experience in biocides regulatory affairs is required, along with a proven track record of driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships.
