Job Opportunity:

We invite experienced professionals to bring their expertise in biocidal product safety and stewardship to support organizations globally in developing and marketing safe and effective biocidal products.

  • Develop and implement business strategies across geographies as part of a leadership team.
  • Grow revenue from new and existing clients, build competencies, and enhance work winning capabilities.
  • Drive synergies between countries and services, enhancing the biocides market position.

You will join an exciting team of experts who respect each other and work towards common goals in a flexible working environment.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Strategic planning and execution, market analysis, and business development for Health Sciences biocides
  • Drive profitable revenue growth, enhancing market position through marketing, business development, and other activities
  • Create a framework for development of biocides services to drive strategic revenue growth

Our offices are easily accessible, and we also consider remote/hybrid working options. You will have opportunities for collaboration with experts from other disciplines and markets, providing sustainability advice to clients and partners.

About You:
  • A strong academic background with a science-based degree (e.g., biology, chemistry, biochemistry, pharmacology) and at least 10 years of experience in biocides regulatory affairs
  • Strong leadership and coordination skills to support global client projects
  • Expertise in biocides offerings and ability to drive business development efforts
