Cpl Healthcare is looking for a seasoned Psychological Services Manager to oversee the operation of the National Violence Reduction Unit (NVRU) in Midlands Prison, Co. Laois.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for the NVRU, aligned with the goals of the prison estate.
- Lead a team of psychologists in delivering high-quality psychological services to individuals in custody.
- Collaborate with senior management and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of psychological services with operational activities.
- Provide guidance, support, and supervision to junior psychologists, promoting their professional development.
To excel in this role, you must possess a postgraduate professional qualification in Clinical Psychology or Counselling Psychology, recognized by PSI or BPS. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar setting, preferably in a leadership capacity, is required.
