Job Title: Site Management Professional

We are seeking a skilled Site Management Professional to join our team. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of construction sites, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, plan, and implement project programmes.
  • Manage subcontractors and direct employees on site.
  • Consult and liaise with subcontractors regarding the programme of works.
  • Ensure compliance with Building Regulations, Fire Regulations, etc.
  • Liaise with architects, engineers, surveyors, and senior management.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A third-level degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Project Management.
  • Strong prior experience in Site Management or a supervisory role with a building contractor or residential developer.
  • Excellent planning, organisational, communication, and presentation skills.
  • The ability to build strong relationships with clients, staff, and subcontractors.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary and benefits package. Your experience level and contributions to the team will dictate your salary range. A vehicle or allowances may also be provided, up to €75,000 to €85,000 per year.
