Construction Project Manager

Our organization is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee asphalt surfacing operations. Key responsibilities will include supervising and coordinating day-to-day operations, managing crews and resources, conducting site inspections, and liaising with clients and teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate construction activities in accordance with project specifications, safety standards, and environmental requirements.
- Manage construction crews, subcontractors, and resources to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Conduct regular site inspections, setting out, and record-keeping of progress, materials, and quality control.
- Liaise with clients, local authorities, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in road surfacing or civil engineering projects, ideally with supervisory experience.
- Strong technical knowledge of asphalt production, laying techniques, and quality standards.
- Up-to-date knowledge of health & safety regulations (Safe Pass and Manual Handling required).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in setting out, surveying, and interpreting technical drawings.
