Site Leadership Role

The successful Site Manager will oversee subcontractor packages, ensuring seamless project execution. They will be responsible for managing Health and Safety of their team, facilitating daily kick-offs and meetings, and providing regular updates to the wider team and stakeholders on project progress.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing subcontractor packages
  • Health and Safety management
  • Facilitating daily kick-offs and whiteboard meetings
  • Regular reporting to the wider team and stakeholders
  • End-to-end site management, including snagging and handover
  • Review of on-site processes for optimal project delivery

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess a valid CSCS card, previous experience in Residential Building and Construction, and strong health and safety knowledge.
