The Senior Site Engineer is responsible for managing on-site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee day-to-day site activities, ensuring work aligns with project plans, schedules, and specifications.
- Monitor project progress and maintain accurate site records.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and tradespeople, ensuring efficient workflows and quality output.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure construction adheres to drawings, quality standards, and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and welfare management systems via site inductions, toolbox talks, and risk assessments.
- Set out site works using surveying tools to ensure accurate measurements and layouts.

- Strong understanding of construction methodologies and building regulations.
