Job Overview

The Senior Site Engineer is responsible for managing on-site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day site activities, ensuring work aligns with project plans, schedules, and specifications.
  • Monitor project progress and maintain accurate site records.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and tradespeople, ensuring efficient workflows and quality output.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure construction adheres to drawings, quality standards, and specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and welfare management systems via site inductions, toolbox talks, and risk assessments.
