Job Overview:

Your new employer is a leading construction company with numerous active projects across the greater Leinster area.

The organisation requires several Finishing Managers to oversee the finishing stages of large mixed-use developments, apartments and data centres.

This is a great opportunity to join a well-established main contractor with a pipeline of works for the next several years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the finishing stages of a West Dublin data centre project
  • Manage subcontractors and ensure projects are completed on time, on budget and to the highest quality and safety standards
  • Deliver projects in line with company objectives and maintain excellent communication skills

Requirements:

  • Previous management experience with a construction contractor or lead carpenter/working foreman role
  • Prior management experience on site of subcontractors for internal works/facade OR groundworks
  • Carpentry trade background is advantageous but not essential
