Project Development Manager

Currently we are seeking a skilled Site Manager to join our team for a busy main contractor involved in a mix of residential and commercial projects.
Job Description:
A seasoned professional with 5+ years experience at Site Management level is required. The ideal candidate will have previously worked for a main contractor or developer on trade or construction related projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure works are carried out in compliance with planning, health and safety and building standards
- Manage trades and labour force on site to a programme and schedule of works
- Plan and procure materials required on site
- Responsible for the communication from site
- Maintain clean and safe conditions on site
Requirements:

Trade or Construction related Qualification

- Construction Site Management
- Construction methods
Benefits:
The successful candidate will be responsible for taking ownership of a project with particular attention to detail, ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications. They must speak fluent English and be eligible to work in Ireland.
Other Information:
The role involves ensuring that works are carried out to a high quality, managing trades and labour force on site, maintaining clean and safe conditions on site, and planning and procuring materials required on site.
