We are seeking a highly experienced Project Construction Manager to oversee the delivery of multiple construction projects in Kildare Town.

As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and programme.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and overseeing all aspects of project delivery including health and safety, quality, and programme management.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, and operations to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant building regulations, codes, and industry standards.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering complex construction projects on time, to budget, and to the required quality standards.

They will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire their team to achieve exceptional results.

Requirements:
