Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our source-to-contract operations across the enabling services categories.

The Senior Manager will oversee a team responsible for contributing to and overseeing the delivery of these operations.

The role will focus on corporate services, including procurement, talent acquisition, learning and development, employee services, global business operations, finance, business travel and meetings.

The Senior Manager will lead a team to ensure effective sourcing, negotiating, contracting and purchasing activities to optimize buying power and achieve procurement outcomes in support of company goals.

This position will report to the Associate Director, Agile Sourcing, Enabling Services.

Responsibilities
  • Participate on a team of professionals in support of source-to-contract operations across the enabling services categories
  • Contribute to and assist in leading the end-to-end sourcing and contracting process in support of operations across the enabling services categories
  • Coordinate closely with business stakeholders, procurement partners and subject matter experts to incorporate feedback to ensure timely, compliant, facilitation of contracts
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Minimum of 5-7 years prior related experience, including relevant enabling services category procurement, sourcing and contracting experience
  • Expertise in procurement process, agreement management, financial analysis, market analysis, supplier analysis, supplier diversity, supplier management, technology utilization, strategic planning and integrated supply chain experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and diplomacy to convey information and influence others with a strong customer focus
