About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will oversee and manage the day-to-day laser clinic operations, ensuring smooth and effective delivery of services.
  • Manage the laser team, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure high performance standards are met.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and quality of service.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of essential resources.
  • Ensure accurate and timely recording of all relevant data, including financial information and personnel records.

  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Show evidence of ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Hold a valid driver's license and have access to a reliable vehicle.
