Job Description

Meta is a technology company that helps people connect, find communities and grow businesses. We are seeking an experienced program manager to handle complex, global initiatives aligned with our organisation's goals.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the contractual agreement and the regulatory landscape impacting our business and vendor ecosystem risk domains. They will also be able to recommend and implement changes in standards and/or procedures as needed to drive greater alignment with our Risk & Compliance strategy and continuous risk management practice maturity.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of the contractual agreement and the regulatory landscape impacting Meta and vendor ecosystem risk domains.
  • Recommend and implement changes in standards and/or procedures as needed to drive greater alignment with the Company's Risk & Compliance strategy and continuous risk management practice maturity.
  • Support the Meta Global Operations 3rd party audits program including external provider during annual vendor audits (Partner compliance program).
  • Run 3rd party security assessments, ensuring alignment with internal security standard and operational risk.
  • Support the vendor security program on an ongoing basis and ensure coordinated approach with Information Security audit approach steered with the team.
  • Works well with data & can extract key compliance findings to provide critical vendor risk insights for compliance and security reports. Make recommendations to improve processes, lessen risks to the business, and improve future audit results.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, business units and stakeholders to understand their requirements and ensure programmatic solutions align with their needs. Collaborate to develop consensus on program requirements and facilitate their implementation.
  • Lead collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop risk management strategies across vendor compliance & security programs. Working with legal, sourcing, and security partners to identify and socialize existing & emerging regulations impacting Scaled Operations.
  • Continuously assess and improve the effectiveness of risk processes, methodologies and tools.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in strategy, project management, risk, compliance and audit experience in consulting, strategy, vendor operations or equivalent program management experience.
  • Demonstrable experience of interpersonal and collaboration skills with individuals at all levels. Experience building relationships, influencing stakeholders, and working effectively within cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of risk and control frameworks.
  • Significant experience in outsourced vendor operations and/or program management leadership.
  • Experience working with wide-ranging internal and external stakeholders at various levels across multiple geographic regions.
  • Effective analytical skills and data orientation with experience in solving ambiguous problems using data and providing practical business insights.
  • Experience managing multiple projects of increasing dependencies in an ambiguous or high impact area.
