Scaled Operations Overview
Operational excellence is the foundation upon which Scaled Operations operates. This team within Scaled Operations manages internal business functions, establishes governance structures, and provides comprehensive program management support.
The team seeks an experienced program manager to handle complex global initiatives aligned with Scaled Ops' objectives and drive evolution of vendor risk, compliance audit, and security protocols.
This role involves working in a fast-paced environment and effectively building structure within a team of experienced program managers.
Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of contractual agreements and regulatory landscapes impacting Meta and vendor ecosystems.
- Recommend and implement changes in standards and procedures to align with the Company's Risk & Compliance strategy and enhance risk management practice maturity.
- Support the Meta Global Operations 3rd party audits program, including external providers during annual vendor audits (Partner Compliance Program).
- Conduct 3rd party security assessments, ensuring alignment with internal security standards and operational risk.
- Collaborate with the vendor security program on an ongoing basis and ensure a coordinated approach with Information Security audit practices steered by the team.
- Work effectively with data to extract key compliance findings and provide critical vendor risk insights for compliance and security reports.
- Make recommendations to improve processes, mitigate risks to the business, and enhance future audit results.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, business units, and stakeholders to understand their requirements and ensure programmatic solutions align with their needs.
- Facilitate collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop consensus on program requirements and facilitate implementation.
- Lead collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop risk management strategies across vendor compliance and security programs.
- Work with legal, sourcing, and security partners to identify and socialize existing and emerging regulations impacting Scaled Operations.
- Continuously assess and improve the effectiveness of risk processes, methodologies, and tools.
- 8+ years of experience in strategy, project management, risk, compliance, and audit experience in consulting, strategy, vendor operations, or equivalent program management experience.
- Demonstrable experience in interpersonal and collaboration skills with individuals at all levels.
- Knowledge of risk and control frameworks.
- Significant experience in outsourced vendor operations and/or program management leadership.
- Experience working with wide-ranging internal and external stakeholders at various levels across multiple geographic regions.
- Effective analytical skills and data orientation with experience in solving ambiguous problems using data and providing practical business insights.
- Experience managing multiple projects of increasing dependencies in an ambiguous or high-impact area.
