We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Systems Engineer to join our team. This is a key technical role supporting financial applications, with a strong focus on SAP Concur and other core finance systems.
About the RoleThis position requires hands-on support for SAP Concur and other financial applications. As a Senior Finance Systems Engineer, you will act as a key liaison between Finance, IT, and third-party vendors. Your responsibilities will include providing support for system upgrades, enhancements, and testing activities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert-level support for SAP Concur and other financial applications.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for Finance, IT, and third-party vendors.
- Support system upgrades, enhancements, and testing activities to ensure seamless operations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements through automation and system optimisation.
- Develop and deliver user training and documentation across finance platforms.
- Ensure reliable and efficient operations of finance systems.
- Strong experience with SAP Concur (essential).
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or IT (or equivalent experience).
- Solid understanding of finance operations, including month-end close and consolidation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced); VBA is a plus.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion, GTreasury, or similar systems is beneficial.
- SQL knowledge is advantageous.
