We are currently seeking a skilled BIM specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BIM engineering and be proficient in the use of Revit and Navisworks.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality project outcomes across multiple disciplines, ensuring compliance with industry standards and supporting delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Producing clear and reliable 3D designs from concept stage through to construction incorporating structural, architectural and MEP systems
  • Managing the delivery of BIM models and CAD documentation of designs, as well as compiling BIM Execution Plans
  • Maintaining an overview of all aspects of development including BIM processes, 2D and 3D designs and coordinating services to finalizing a successful project
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience working within the construction/engineering sector
  • Strong command of BIM tools including Revit and Navisworks
  • Well-versed in BIM workflows, data management practices, and project coordination
  • Ability to read and understand construction plans and drawings
