About the Role
  • Lead a team to deliver high-quality services that foster independence, inclusion, and individual choice.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to implement strategic objectives and develop innovative initiatives.
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with industry standards and national guidelines for safeguarding, health & safety, and quality assurance.
  • Support individuals in achieving meaningful outcomes through person-centred planning and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations and contribute to service development and growth.
  • Supervise and support staff teams to ensure effective performance and professional development.
  • Foster partnerships with families, multidisciplinary teams (MDTs), and community partners.
  • Promote inclusive practices, independence, and advocacy for service users.
  • Monitor and improve service quality, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
