Senior On Premise Brand Developer

- Collaborate with stakeholders to maximize the impact of major On-Premise image building and consumption driving initiatives.
- Train sales teams in new marketing tools and concepts.
- Contribute to the annual business plan by identifying insights for new activities, programs, and strategies.
- 3+ years of marketing experience in a commercial environment.
- Degree in Marketing or Business.
- Experience in the On Premise environment is preferred.
- People leadership/management experience is preferred.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a high energy, fast-paced, field-based environment.
- Highly developed planning, prioritization, and organizational ability.
- Strong analytical skills (analyze consumer, sales, and customer data).
- Excellent communication, active listening skills, and the ability to negotiate.
- Able to work flexible hours (nights and weekends).
- Working knowledge of IOS and MS Office.
- Fluency in English.
