A key member of our project team, the Project Control Analyst plays a vital role in managing and analysing financial data for our manufacturing operations in the South East. As part of a 12-month contract position under the Capex Program Lead, this role entails controlling and reviewing CAPEX and project spend.

Key Responsibilities:
  • We are looking for an experienced candidate to manage end-to-end processes for all CAPEX and OPEX projects
  • Track and review CAPEX spending to ensure compliance control is maintained
  • Review opened OPEX projects and monitor their current status
  • Set up necessary master data, WBS, DCF forms for effective project management
  • Prepare capitalisation forms and secure PIP approval and capitalisation
  • Evaluate and estimate capex budget spend on a monthly basis, based on information from relevant stakeholders
  • Verify purchase orders to ensure correct project WBS was selected
  • Monthly tracking of benefits realisation related to investment projects (based on estimation from ROI), in cooperation with related stakeholders
  • Provide support to the controlling department during month-end activities and planning exercises
Requirements:
  • Degree in business/finance/engineering is required
  • Experience in CAPEX management is essential
  • Strong technical knowledge, financial accounting & compliance, Business acumen
  • Capex management knowledge
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
