Transformation Manager – Digital Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled Transformation Manager to lead our digital operations in Ireland. This is an exciting opportunity to drive change and implement innovative solutions that will propel our business forward.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing technical projects and programs, with a proven track record of delivering results-driven solutions. They will be responsible for driving cross-functional teams to bring our Athenry facility to commercial readiness, while leveraging their knowledge of current and emerging trends in the digital environment.

  • This includes overseeing the implementation of MES deployment, capacity expansion, and new manufacturing equipment and processes.
  • The successful candidate will also be responsible for facilitating multi-disciplinary cross-functional teams in planning and executing digital strategy and planning workshops.

The Transformation Manager will develop project/program plans and share status updates with management and cross-functional teams. They will anticipate and prevent issues with schedule, resources, and scope, and drive risk assessment and resolution.

  • This role requires excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical and business information clearly and effectively through informal and formal documents, reports, and presentations to senior management.
  • The ideal candidate will have technical leadership experience and an understanding of regulated change control, as well as proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, and project management tools.
About the Role

This is a full-time position based in Galway, Ireland. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and 13+ years of industry experience, with 5-8 years of previous people management experience.
