Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to join our team and lead the digital journey of our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving complex digital projects from inception to sustaining and improvement.

  • Ensure commercial readiness of new facilities
  • Implement Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
  • Incorporate capacity expansion and new manufacturing equipment and processes
  • Adopt global IT systems
  • Evaluate system connectivity
  • Develop new products/processes

The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate planning and execution of digital strategy workshops, develop project plans, and share status updates with management and teams. They will also anticipate and prevent issues with schedule, resources, and scope, drive risk assessment and resolution, and set up training plans and change management plans to drive transformation across relevant areas.

The selected candidate will partner with functional leaders and team members to drive critical path program activities/resources/costs across all departments, define, implement, and monitor key digital transformation metrics, and produce meaningful reports to Leadership. Additionally, they will ensure compliance with medical device regulatory standards for all aspects of the program.
