Job Description

We are currently seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating an immersive experience for our guests. As a Cast Member, you will be responsible for providing a welcoming and engaging environment that showcases the magic of Disney.

You will work closely with other members of the team to achieve sales goals and deliver a seamless guest experience. Your role will involve engaging with guests, answering their questions, and helping them find the perfect product to meet their needs.

In addition to providing excellent customer service, you will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including back stage areas. You will be expected to adhere to company standards and policies at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
  • Ability to learn about products and services quickly and effectively communicate this information to guests
