We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is responsible for leading a team of professionals who create exceptional experiences for our clients.


Job Description

In this challenging and rewarding role, you will be responsible for:

  1. Leading the team by guiding them towards achieving results and developing individual talents
  2. Creating an environment rich with ethics, integrity, and diversity, which leads to positive team collaboration
  3. Proactively identifying, addressing, and managing any employee relations issues
  4. Helping facilitate frequent team and individual communication to ensure collective knowledge among team members
  5. Sharing the brand vision and business challenges, giving meaning and empowerment to the team while holding them accountable
  6. Emboding an entrepreneurial spirit and being responsible for building the company's portfolio of clients
  7. Developing business initiatives in line with the brand vision and strategy
  8. Ensuring visual merchandising guidelines are adhered to throughout the counter and guaranteeing that the business remains clean, tidy, and welcoming at all times
