Customer Service Representative Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by providing guidance, information, and assistance to customers in the selection of our clothing and products.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about retail and eager to contribute to a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer care and service, ensuring that customers receive the best possible support during their shopping journey.
  • Assist customers with diverse needs, from maternity wear to baby carriers, and demonstrate products as required.
  • Prepare and dispatch orders efficiently, liaising with customers in-store or via phone as needed.
  • Utilize digital learning platforms to continuously develop knowledge and retail skills, staying up-to-date with product information to increase sales opportunities.
  • Maintain a clean and well-organized store environment, adhering to brand standards.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, embodying company values and promoting collaboration while taking ownership of all aspects of the role.
Requirements:
  • Previous retail, customer service, and sales experience.
  • Strong IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly; proficient in acquiring product knowledge and communicating it effectively to customers.
  • Self-motivated individual with a curiosity to learn new products independently.
  • Excellent active listening, empathy, and understanding of customer needs, avoiding hard sales techniques but demonstrating sales ability through customer focus.
  • Ability to work harmoniously in a small team, with flexibility to work across a 7-day opening retail environment.
  • Attention to detail and pride in maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
