We're seeking a seasoned Customer Support leader to join our team in Ireland. As a key member of our EMEA business, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of Product Experts to provide top-notch support to Klaviyo customers
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the Klaviyo product
- Ensure Product Experts stay up-to-date on product changes and releases
- Resolve complex customer complaints through effective communication and guidance
- Drive thoughtful communication with customers and internal teams
- 3+ years of experience leading teams in fast-paced environments
- Proven track record of developing talent and building a culture of growth and collaboration
- Adaptable and resilient, with experience leading teams through change
- Data-driven and analytical, using insights to set goals and measure performance
- Experience supporting global customers, with cultural awareness and adaptability
- Skilled communicator across written and verbal channels
- Comfortable under pressure, with ability to manage competing priorities
