Customer Support Leadership Opportunity

We're seeking a seasoned Customer Support leader to join our team in Ireland. As a key member of our EMEA business, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Product Experts to provide top-notch support to Klaviyo customers
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the Klaviyo product
  • Ensure Product Experts stay up-to-date on product changes and releases
  • Resolve complex customer complaints through effective communication and guidance
  • Drive thoughtful communication with customers and internal teams
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience leading teams in fast-paced environments
  • Proven track record of developing talent and building a culture of growth and collaboration
  • Adaptable and resilient, with experience leading teams through change
  • Data-driven and analytical, using insights to set goals and measure performance
  • Experience supporting global customers, with cultural awareness and adaptability
  • Skilled communicator across written and verbal channels
  • Comfortable under pressure, with ability to manage competing priorities
