We are seeking an exceptional Team Lead to join our Operations Team in Ireland.
About the Role- The ideal candidate will be responsible for team and workload management, ensuring company policies are upheld and IT systems are properly set up. They will also oversee stock checks, purchase orders, and stock accuracy, manage goods-in processes, and work closely with suppliers.
- This role involves managing new product introduction and launches, website product management, ensuring product availability, and tender lead with submission management and project management.
- The Team Lead will track key performance indicators related to stock levels, supplier performance, and order fulfilment. They will utilize the ERP system for data management, participate in daily meetings, and identify and resolve product quality issues.
- Strong professionalism with a drive to deliver an excellent customer experience.
- A third-level qualification in a business or health-related field is preferred.
- At least two years' experience in a fast-paced customer-focused role.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to coordinate between multiple departments.
- Familiarity with logistics and invoice management processes.
- Proficiency in using IT systems and confident use of Word, Excel, and Outlook.
