
Customer Experience Manager

A career as a logistics specialist involves the efficient and timely movement of goods. You will be responsible for managing inventory, tracking shipments, and serving as the primary point of contact for external partners.
Key Responsibilities:- Reconcile finished goods inventory across third-party logistics facilities to ensure accuracy and alignment with system records.
- Oversee freight management, including coordination of shipments, documentation handling, and compliance with international logistics requirements.
- Manage relationships with distributors and 3PL providers, resolving service issues promptly and escalating concerns when necessary.
- Set up new market logistics operations, ensuring smooth onboarding of supply chain processes and customer service protocols.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including on-time in-full delivery rates, demand coverage, and speed to market.
- Own the inventory management process for finished goods across international markets, balancing availability and excess stock levels.
- Drive initiatives to enhance customer experience, streamline logistics operations, and promote service excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize cost and service performance.
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Progressive experience in logistics, inventory management, or customer service, ideally within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry.
- Proven understanding of global logistics processes, including freight coordination, inventory control, and cost management.
- Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) and logistics management systems.
- Ability to analyze and report on key KPIs, such as on-time in-full delivery rates, speed to market, and demand coverage.
- Experience managing third-party logistics providers and distributor relationships.
