Role Summary
Commercial Customer Proposition LeadThis is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of base management leading the strategy and execution of retention, loyalty, and upsell campaigns that drive both customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive base management strategies, campaigns, and lifecycle communications to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
- Owning and informing propositions with customer insight and market trends to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Drive retention, reduce churn, and increase customer lifetime value by identifying and executing targeted marketing initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional go-to-market planning and execution to ensure seamless delivery of commercial customer propositions.
- Optimise customer journeys and improve in-life experiences through data-driven insights and innovative solutions.
- Act as the voice of the customer in pricing and proposition decisions to ensure alignment with customer needs and preferences.
- Track KPIs and campaign performance, using insights to inform future activity and optimise results.
As a Commercial Customer Proposition Lead, you will have 35 years experience in proposition, product, or commercial roles within telecoms, mobile, or a subscription-based business. You should have working knowledge of the competitive landscape across telecoms and a strong understanding of base management, CRM, and customer lifecycle marketing.
We are looking for someone with demonstrated experience managing multi-channel campaigns (EDM, digital, social, etc.) and a data-driven mindset with passion for customer experience. Excellent project and stakeholder management skills are also essential.

- Proven track record of delivering successful commercial customer propositions that drive customer engagement and loyalty.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
- Experience with customer lifecycle marketing and CRM systems.
- Ability to think strategically and drive innovation in customer proposition development.
