Senior Customer Proposition Manager

We are seeking a seasoned customer proposition manager to lead our mobile division on a maternity cover contract.

  • Develop and implement base management strategies, campaigns, and lifecycle communications that drive customer retention and growth.
  • Create propositions informed by customer insight and market trends, enhancing the overall customer experience.
  • Promote data-driven decision making through tracking KPIs and campaign performance, informing future activity and strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute go-to-market initiatives, optimising customer journeys and in-life experiences.

Requirements:

  • At least 35 years of experience in proposition, product, or commercial roles within telecoms, mobile, or subscription-based businesses.
  • Working knowledge of the competitive landscape across telecoms is essential for this role.
  • Strong understanding of base management, CRM, and customer lifecycle marketing principles.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multi-channel campaigns (EDM, digital, social, etc.).
  • Data-driven mindset and passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Excellent project and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
