Proposition and Retention Manager Job

This role involves leading commercial customer-focused initiatives to drive growth, loyalty, and revenue across a mobile customer base.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement retention, loyalty, and upsell strategies to reduce churn and re-engage inactive customers.
  • Analyse performance data to optimise pricing, retention, and the in-life customer journey.
  • Collaborate with CRM, Digital, Data, and Sales teams to deliver results-driven solutions.
  • Act as the customer's voice in shaping business propositions.
About This Role:

The ideal candidate will have 5 years' experience in product, proposition, or commercial management, preferably in telecoms/mobile. Strong commercial acumen and base management expertise are essential.

  • Commercial management experience with a focus on customer retention and growth.
  • Data-driven mindset with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.
