Mobile Proposition and Customer Retention Lead

Our client seeks a commercial-focused professional to lead their base management strategy, driving growth, loyalty and revenue across their mobile customer base.

Job Description:

This is a 12 month contract based in Dublin 1 with a hybrid work arrangement. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading retention, loyalty and upsell campaigns, developing offers to reduce churn and re-engage inactive customers and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute base management strategies
  • Lead retention, loyalty and upsell campaigns
  • Collaborate with CRM, Digital, Data and Sales teams
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have 5 years' experience in product, proposition or commercial management, preferably in telecoms/mobile. They will also possess strong commercial acumen, data-driven mindset and excellent attention to detail.
