We are seeking a skilled Electronics Hardware Engineer to join our dynamic team working on cutting-edge medical technologies. This role involves the design and development of hardware systems incorporating wireless communication, neuromodulation, and physiological sensing.

The ideal candidate will have experience in circuit prototyping, collaboration with product development teams, and participation in validation testing including EMC, wireless coexistence, safety, reliability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and Development: Design and develop current and next-generation medical devices in collaboration with the Product Development team.
  2. Product Validation: Support all phases of product development, from concept through to post-production, by participating in validation testing.
  3. Circuit Prototyping: Collaborate with prototyping service providers to manage relationships and facilitate circuit prototyping.
  4. Technical Support: Provide technical support to manufacturing to optimize production processes and ensure efficiency.

This role requires strong analytical thinking and multitasking abilities, as well as effective communication skills. The ideal candidate will be able to clearly present technical ideas across all levels of the organization.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering (or a related discipline).
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in the medical device industry (or other highly regulated sectors) in a product development or manufacturing role.

Core Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong foundation in digital and low-noise analog circuit design.
  • Proficiency in embedded systems development, including C/C++ programming and interfacing with microcontrollers.
  • Experience working with PCB fabricators and assembly vendors, with an understanding of IPC standards.
  • Familiarity with CAD tools and simulation software.
  • Understanding of quality systems, such as ISO 13485 and 21 CFR Part 820.
  • Ability to develop and validate test methods.
