Financial Operations Manager

This is an opportunity to lead a dynamic Middle Office team in a key control function that bridges the Front Office and external market counterparties.

About the Role
  • Lead, mentor, and support a high-performing team, overseeing training plans, recruitment needs, and performance reviews
  • Manage trade lifecycle oversight including matching, settlement, reconciliation, and failed trade resolution
  • Ensure accurate and timely regulatory reporting (e.g., EMIR, SFTR)

The successful candidate will have minimum 7 years' experience in financial operations, with strong exposure to Middle Office. They will also have extensive knowledge of the full trade and settlement lifecycle, including OTC derivatives and exchange-traded instruments.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven track record in managing and developing high-performing teams
  • Experience with fund operations and a strong understanding of NAV impactors
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and reporting frameworks (EMIR, SFTR, etc.)
Requirements
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in financial operations, with strong exposure to Middle Office
  • Extensive knowledge of the full trade and settlement lifecycle, including OTC derivatives and exchange-traded instruments
