The Warehouse Operations Manager is responsible for leading a dynamic team in ensuring the efficient and effective management of warehouse operations. This includes supervising, mentoring, and developing team members to achieve daily and long-term goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of individuals to achieve daily and long-term goals.
- Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and coach team members for professional growth and operational effectiveness.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, safety, and continuous improvement.
Operational Oversight:
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- Ensure production schedules and deadlines are met.
- Work with the Warehouse Manager to assess resources and identify bottlenecks.
Compliance & Quality Assurance:
- Ensure operations comply with industry regulations.
- Maintain high standards for product quality, safety, and regulatory adherence.
- Implement corrective actions when necessary.
Process Improvement:
- Identify and implement process optimizations to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives.
- Support operational efficiency, productivity, and cost reduction efforts.
Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of production metrics, team performance, and operational challenges.
- Prepare reports for senior management on progress and achievements.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Certifications in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Quality Management are a plus.
- 3-5 years of leadership experience in MedTech, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing industries.
- Experience in regulated environments, familiar with ISO 13485, FDA regulations, CE Marking.
