This three-year graduate programme is designed to develop your knowledge and skills in all sectors of the business, while adding value to each function along the way. You will gain a solid understanding of operations and SHEQ across the group and how these drive business performance.
During Period One, you will work in Operations / SHEQ to gain hands-on experience and build confidence. In Period Two, you will spend time in the field with Sales and Collections to understand contracts, tenders, collections, sales techniques, and profitability.
As you progress through the programme, you will have the opportunity to work in various departments, including Finance and IT, Human Resources, Legal, Compliance & ESG, and Project Management. Each placement period will be designed to challenge you and help you develop your skills and knowledge.
Support and DevelopmentYou will participate in a development programme consisting of four two-day sessions over the first two years of the programme. This will include modules on leadership competencies, presentation skills, effective leading through communication, coaching skills, people management, influencing and negotiating, delegation and time management, decision-making, and problem-solving.
Additionally, you will receive training on Microsoft Office skills, project management, and report writing, as well as personality profiling and emotional intelligence assessments. Presentations to senior leaders and group executives will be required as part of the review process.
