Requirements

To be successful in this position, you should have strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to present confidently. A high level of attention to detail and strong analytical skills are essential. You should also be able to effectively manage multiple priorities, exhibit strong planning skills, and demonstrate the ability to collaborate on diverse project teams.

Candidates should have conceptual design strengths, technical excellence, and experience in marketing and client relations. Proficiency in Revit is required, along with current ARB architectural registration and a professional degree in Architecture accredited by RIAI/RIBA. A minimum of 10 years' experience in project management, particularly in Aviation & Rail Infrastructure projects, is necessary.
