Cloud Architecture Position DescriptionAs a Cloud Architect, you will play a key role in driving customer adoption of Microsoft Azure solutions. This position requires strong technical expertise, business acumen, and exceptional communication skills to drive cloud growth for our most important customers.Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strategic relationships with IT and business stakeholders to build support coalitions for cloud initiatives.
  • Define technology outcomes that align with customer strategies and manage dedicated portfolios of customers to prevent churn.
  • Follow established processes, systems, and documentation while identifying issues or barriers to efficiency and recommending improvements.
  • Collaborate with partners to implement Azure solutions and drive cloud adoption within our target market.
Ideal candidates will possess experience in sales and negotiation, technical architecture, design, and implementation, as well as relevant certifications from Microsoft or equivalent platforms such as AZ104, AZ303/304, DP203/204, or AWS/GCP.Requirements:
  1. Technical Acumen: Apply technical knowledge and customer insights to create modernization roadmaps.
  2. Business Relationship Owner: Build coalition of support (IT and business) with customer.
  3. Portfolio Management: Manage a dedicated portfolio of customers while preventing churn.
  4. Operationally Excellent: Follow processes, systems, and documentation as expected; identifies issues or barriers to efficiency.
  5. Consumption: Conduct analyses into what customers are using versus needs.
  6. Executive Presence: Engage with and influence business and IT decision makers.
  7. Technical Leadership: Leverage best practices to guide customer strategy and future growth for Microsoft.
