Nursing Department Manager

Our healthcare organization is seeking an experienced care leader to manage the day-to-day operations of a nursing department.
The ideal candidate will be a registered nurse with at least 2 years of management experience in a care setting. They will be responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care, meeting the needs of individuals with complex requirements.
We are looking for someone who understands HIQA regulations and can maintain agreed standards. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing staff, allocating resources, and maintaining accurate records and reports.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage the daily operations of the nursing department, including staff management and resource allocation.
- Ensure high-quality patient care, meeting the needs of individuals with complex requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to hospital policies and procedures.
**Requirements:**
- Registered Nurse with a minimum of 2 years management experience in a care setting.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
