About the Role

Our team is seeking a highly skilled Collaboration Specialist with expertise in large-scale communication technologies. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless operation of audiovisual systems, enabling smooth interaction and collaboration across departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure, deploy, and maintain audiovisual hardware, including Logitech and Poly equipment to provide high-quality video conferencing experiences.
  • Integrate audiovisual systems to ensure reliable operations and minimize disruptions.
  • Monitor system performance, proactively identifying and resolving technical issues to prevent downtime.
  • Provide hands-on troubleshooting of audiovisual problems in meeting spaces, collaborating with colleagues to find solutions.
  • Perform firmware updates and system optimization to maintain high availability and efficiency.
  • Work closely with IT teams and facilities to ensure seamless integration and operations.
  • Deliver training and user support to enhance adoption of collaboration technologies and improve overall productivity.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5+ years' experience in AV engineering or related technical roles with a strong focus on communication technologies.
  • Hands-on experience configuring enterprise-grade audiovisual systems with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams Rooms setup and integration, as well as other collaboration tools.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues quickly with minimal disruption.
  • Experience with monitoring tools and performance diagnostics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
