Job Opportunity

A senior digital construction specialist is required to lead the implementation and management of digital tools to capture, share, and use information for enhanced project delivery. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of client and business requirements, ensuring appropriate plans, specifications, reviews, and controls are in place.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage pipeline and workload to deliver services that meet customer needs and liaise with engineering teams to agree resource and service requirements.
  • Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of industry standards, company procedures, and legal requirements, maintaining high safety, environmental, and quality standards.
  • Lead and communicate risk, opportunity, change, and commercial impact to project teams, recording it in accordance with procedures.
  • Facilitate training and support for information management, including CDE, to project teams and stakeholders as required.
Requirements
  • Leadership skills, managing time productively, maximizing efficiency, and meeting challenging work goals.
  • Good management and communication skills, experience in digital construction and document management.
  • Educational background: Higher Education in Construction or related fields, minimum 3–5 years' experience working on construction projects with experience in digital solutions.
Technical Expertise
  • Experience in 4D programmes to improve understanding of the construction sequence and support risk reduction.
  • Knowledge of 5D Forecasting and ability to apply data validation techniques to construction information.
  • Ability to interface between digital software and technology, expertise in the usage of quality documentation.
