BIM Coordinator

Seeking a seasoned BIM expert to spearhead project coordination efforts.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in BIM software, preferably with Revit, NavisWorks and AutoCad.
  • Familiarity with BIM 360 platform and Solibri is advantageous.
  • A thorough understanding of BIM Level 2 requirements and industry protocols.
  • Experience working with general contractors is preferred.
  • Candidates must hold a construction-related degree in Engineering, Building Services, Architecture or Structures, with honours preferable.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to lead coordination meetings with various stakeholders. Ability to learn and adapt to new software systems quickly is also essential.

Package: Salary negotiable based on experience. Hybrid working model and comprehensive benefits package offered.
