Site Management Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our Construction Team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day management of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, building construction, and project management, with a minimum of 3 years' experience working as a Site Manager or Resident Engineer. They will be responsible for supervising construction works, ensuring compliance with design specifications, and coordinating interfaces with contractors.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • On-site supervision of construction works
  • Ensuring contractor compliance with design specifications
  • Coordinating contract interfaces
  • Assessing contractor claims and payment applications
  • Preparing reports and documentation
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Essential Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent professional qualification
  • Satisfactory knowledge of civil engineering works, building construction, and project management
  • At least 3 years' experience as a Site Manager or Resident Engineer
