Our organization is seeking a highly skilled BIM Coordinator to join its growing team. This role presents an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to contribute to the delivery of complex construction projects.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing 3D coordinated services and structure layouts for clash control, production of builders' works schedules and associated drawings, and creation of 2D and 3D design drawings, prefabrication isometrics and details.
  • They will also be required to develop models and reports in line with company requirements, manage the in-house drawing control and drawing schedules, and ensure that drawing management is up-to-date.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of coordinators and technicians who are passionate about delivering high-quality projects.

We are looking for someone with a third-level degree or trade experience, preferably with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in 3D Construction models, BOM, Clash Management, Problem-Solving, Field surveying, Design Tools, BIM, CRM, Project Management, Continuous Improvement, Training & Development, Systems Development, Drawing Controls, Coordination, Engineering and BIM.
