Job Title - Site Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for the coordination and supervision of construction projects from start to finish.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating site activities and managing manpower on site
  • Oversighting all site operations and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Host meetings with stakeholders to update them on project progress
  • Updating the site diary and reading drawings to ensure accurate completion of works
  • Supervising works on site and ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence
  • Planning and coordinating daily site requirements, including labor, materials, and deadlines

In order to be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Construction Management or similar field
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience managing residential projects in Ireland
  • Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Suite and Project management software
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
