The role of Supply Chain Deployment Lead is pivotal in ensuring the successful rollout of S4 HANA solutions, integrations, and capability solutions across various regions and markets globally.

Key Responsibilities
  1. End-to-End Accountability: Hold full responsibility for the deployment of the Voyager program across all global Supply Chain & Procurement regions, categories, and functions.
  2. Collaboration: Work closely with the business and broader deployment team to achieve common objectives.
  3. Strategic Planning: Develop and define deployment strategies, methodologies, and detailed plans to ensure successful outcomes.
  4. UAT Execution: Supervise User Acceptance Testing (UAT) execution to guarantee successful results.
  5. Communication: Lead ongoing communication efforts with senior stakeholders, utilizing impactful engagement strategies to influence and align leadership.
  6. Change Management: Embed change across Supply Chain & Procurement regions, categories, and functions by building strong local ownership and an engaged Change Network.
  7. Training Strategy: Develop a comprehensive training strategy, supervise training deployment, ensuring global content is adapted locally where needed.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a high-performing team, setting clear expectations, encouraging a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration. Regular mentorship and feedback will be provided to build capability, drive engagement, and deliver results aligned with program objectives.

This position requires a deep understanding of global strategies, alignment with strategic process and technology priorities, and a detailed understanding of the business strategy. You will actively challenge and build business decisions, manage risks, and address resistance to ensure successful adoption.
