We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Payable professional to join our dynamic finance team.
Key Responsibilities:- Process and verify vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
- Reconcile vendor accounts and manage payment schedules.
- Monitor the Accounts Payable mailbox and respond to vendor inquiries efficiently.
- Develop strong relationships with vendors to resolve payment issues and optimize payment processes.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including procurement, supply chain, and project teams.
- Assist in external audits by providing necessary documentation and evidence.
- Support the implementation of Accounts Payable upgrades and process improvements.
The ideal candidate will possess 3+ years of experience in fast-paced Accounts Payable environments, with knowledge of best practices and internal controls. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required, and experience with SAGE or similar ERP systems is an asset.
